What is calisthenics?

From "kalos" and "sthenos", literally “beautiful strength” in Greek, Calisthenics is a form of bodyweight training and exercise which requires minimal equipment. You’ve probably heard of some of history’s greatest calisthenics athletes: the Spartans!

Ancient history aside, Calisthenics or Street workout is now an internationally competitive sport. It’s an incredible way to lose weight, get in shape, and be part of a growing fitness community, whatever your fitness level or background.

Can I do calisthenics?
